Are you looking for a Deputy Headship with a difference?
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Associate Deputy Headteacher to join our vibrant educational community! As a key leader in our schools, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every child receives a high-quality education that fosters their personal and academic growth. The post is initially based at St Thomas Moorside Primary School, where you will have 3 days teaching commitment. The Associate Deputy will have responsibility for assessment across the Federation.
This exciting role will entail you supporting the current Deputy Headteacher at the school but also Deputising at our sister School 1 day a week. The role is to allow capacity at Senior Leadership level and provide succession planning.
You will collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and the wider community to create an inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported. This position is perfect for individuals who are not only dedicated to educational excellence but are also enthusiastic about developing innovative approaches to inspire both pupils and teachers. In addition to your educational leadership, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the school’s vision and values, working alongside a committed team that strives for the best outcomes for every learner.
