Start Immediately | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
We're currently seeking a Class 2 HGV Waste Driver to join our dedicated waste collection team in Workington. This is a great opportunity to step into a role with immediate start, working alongside a team of loaders to collect domestic and commercial waste across the region.
Job Details:- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Duration: 6-week peak period with strong potential for a permanent position
- Location: Workington
- Team-based role: You'll be working with a crew of loaders on each round
- £15.18/hour (up to 39.5 hours/week)
- £22.77/hour (after 39.5 hours/week, Saturdays & Sundays)
- £30.36/hour on Bank Holidays
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- 6 months' experience preferred, but newly qualified HGV drivers are welcome to apply
- Good attitude and reliability are a must
