Learning Support Assistant - Specialist SEN College - Coventry (CV4)

Long Term Futures is working with a specialist post-16 college in Coventry to recruit a committed Learning Support Assistant. The college provides tailored education for young people aged 16-25 with a wide range of needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and complex learning difficulties.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team that empowers students to develop confidence, independence, and key life skills alongside their academic studies.

Your Role Will Involve

Providing individual and small group support to help students engage with lessons

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting young people with additional needs is desirable (post-16 experience a bonus, but not essential)
