Learning Mentor - Full-Time - Shirley (B90) - October 2025 Start

This is a full-time role supporting students aged 4-19 with additional needs including Autism and ADHD. The school takes pride in its nurturing, student-focused approach, blending academic learning with life skills so that every young person can thrive.
What You'll Be Doing:

Building positive relationships and providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience supporting children or young people with Autism, ADHD, or additional needs

Brings a calm, patient, and adaptable approach

Communicates clearly and confidently, with strong behaviour management strategies

Holds a Level 2 or 3 qualification in education/support - though relevant experience and the right attitude matter most
