Summary

Location: Carluke Leisure Centre, Carnwath Road, Carluke
Hours: 37 hours per week
Shift Pattern: (3 week rota)
Week 1: Monday and Tuesday 2pm - 10.30pm, Wednesday 10.30am - 3pm, Saturday 8am - 5.30pm, Sunday 8am - 7.30pm
Week 2: Wednesday 5.45am - 2.45pm, Thursday and Friday 5.45am - 2pm
Week 3: Monday and Tuesday 5.45am - 2pm, Wednesday 1pm - 10.30pm, Thursday and Friday 2pm - 10.30pm
Salary Band: £34,185 - £35,130 per annum
Duration: Fixed Term until 31 July 2027

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the management team at Carluke Leisure Centre. You will assist the Recreation Officer to manage the day-to-day operation of the facility ensuring effective implementation of SLLC's Leisure Strategy and Business Plan in order to provide a quality and consistent service to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring staff are effectively managed, developed and reviewed to effectively deliver the operation of the facility.
Applicants must hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, and Pool Plant Operators Qualification. A First Aid at Work Certificate is essential. PLG trainer assessor and Iosh Health and Safety qualifications are desirable.
