Summary
Toworkasakeymemberof theContinualServiceImprovementteam,providingcoordination and delivery of transformational programmes and projects, building a culture of continual service improvement.
WorkingwiththeContinualServiceImprovementLeadthepostholderwillassistwiththe development and implementation of large-scale change management programmes and improvement projects.
The post holder will have sound working knowledge and experience of using a project management approach, producing complex programme plans, quality assurance and project documentation.Theywillhaveexcellentcommunicationandprioritizationskillswithanability to engage with a wide range of teams across organisations.
ProgrammeManagementSupport
· Provideprogrammemanagementsupporttoarangeofidentifiedprojects
· Todevelopandmaintainprogrammeandprojectplans,coordinatingteamresponses
· To support with the coordination on a range of complex projects and initiatives, ensuringthatregularreportingarrangementsareinplacetokeepcolleagues,boards and stakeholders informed.
· Tocarryouttimelyandaccurateinformationanalysisandreportingonagreedareas of the project portfolio.
· Tocarryoutwebbasedandpublicationsresearchinrelationtospecificprojects
· Developandmaintaineffectiverelationshipswithcolleaguesandotherstakeholders, ensuring clear and effective channels of communication.
· Assistwithcoordinatinganeffectivechangecontrolprocess,consultingwithkey stakeholders as necessary.
· Toworkwithcolleaguesintransformationteamstoensureeffectiveconnectivityto other improvement programmes and projects.
· Toorganisemeetings,conferencesandstakeholdereventsarerequiredinrelationto the project.
· Updatingandmaintainingdatabases,spreadsheetsrelevanttotheproject.
· Toassistindevelopingbusinesscasesifrequired.
