Summary

Welder - West Lothian

We are currently recruiting Time served Welders to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing environment based in West Lothian. This role will see you working within a skilled team, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are consistently met.

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out welding in line with traceability, health & safety, and quality requirements

• Following operating procedures to maintain weld integrity

• Producing fabrications to engineering drawings

• Using metal cutting equipment safely and effectively

• Completing pre-use checks on welding equipment and reporting faults

• Contributing to effective shift communication

• Supporting continuous improvements across safety, cost, and quality

What we're looking for:

• Time-served apprenticeship (essential)

• Strong understanding of welding equipment

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Experience in Pulse TIG Weld Overlay and Sub-Arc Welding (advantageous)

• Strong communication skills and team-working ability
