Summary
We’re recruiting for a hands-on role at a leading recycling facility in Grantham. As a General Operative, you’ll be dismantling, sorting, and processing electronic waste and fridges, supporting key sustainability efforts.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 6am-3pm (42.5 hours per week)
Key Duties:
• Use tools and machinery to dismantle electronic items
• Sort materials for recycling
• Operate processing equipment (training provided)
• Follow safety and environmental procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets
What You’ll Need:
• Previous experience in recycling or manual work preferred
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Willingness to learn and operate machinery
