Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader in a boutique law firm based in London. They are looking for a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancing Team Leader to manage a reduced caseload of residential property transactions while overseeing and mentoring a team of junior fee earners. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold purchases and sales.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of five years' experience managing residential conveyancing cases.
Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales or a Licenced Conveyancer.
Mandarin or Cantonese fluency.
A strong history of successfully leading and managing teams.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet objectives.
Outstanding ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage workloads efficiently.
Exceptional precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of residential conveyancers, offering support and promoting a collaborative workplace culture.
Caseload Management: Manage the team's workload efficiently, ensuring transactions are completed promptly and accurately.

Training and Development: Assess team training needs and implement continuous professional growth initiatives.
