Summary
To provide a warm welcome to patients. To deal with telephone enquiries from GPs, patients and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner to ensure that appropriate messages are passed onto the relevant people in a timely fashion. To communicate highly sensitive information to patients / consultants. To ensure and maintain the efficient and effective administration of neurology and neurophysiology clinics, cancelling and amending clinic lists following instruction from the clinicians, Senior Sister and ADM.
