Summary
Clinical responsibility to ensure the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care is maintained. Ensure continuous improvement of service provision by maintaining current/up to date knowledge of best practice and by creating an environment of trust and respect. Maximize opportunities to share good practices and innovations with colleagues both locally and nationally.
