Summary

We’re on the lookout for someone to join our Sales team – someone with previous experience in a sales environment, ideally in a contact centre or telephony-based role.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for nurturing customer relationships from the initial enquiry stage through to the completion of the sale. You’ll achieve compliant sales targets by converting inbound enquiries from both consumers and B2B partners into successful sales.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of selling direct to customers
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals
- Ability to work within regulatory frameworks and maintain high standards of ethical conduct
- Competent with using CRM systems, telephony systems and other sales-related technology platforms
