Summary
Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for a new opportunity? Have you worked in a business that has carried out digital transformation? If so, we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Change team.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the business analysis function by ensuring that requirements are accurately gathered, clearly documented and effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders. You’ll support the Principal Business Analyst in monitoring the progress of business analysis activities, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards and transparently reported on across the project lifecycle.
You’ll be working closely with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable requirements. You’ll be involved in the creation and maintenance of key project documentation including process maps and user guides, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
What we're looking for:
Prior experience as a Business Analyst
Proven skillset in successful delivery of customer-facing software applications
Excellent communication skills
Ability to identify, assess and manage risks related to business analysis activities
Background and understanding of various user-research methodologies and techniques
Experience of structured prioritisation techniques
