Summary

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the smooth operation of the breakfast service, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
-Supervise and motivate a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
-Ensure all food and beverage areas are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
-Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
-Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
-Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or catering environment.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
-Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
-Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
