Summary
Overview
- To erect fencing to a high standard as required and instructed. Liaise with customers, transport staff and materials to and from site
Duties
- Understand the work sheet and able to erect the fencing in accordance with it
-Prepare materials from work sheet, check and load onto vehicle
- Assist with all aspects of the day to day removal, supply and erection of fencing
- Load off deliveries / help fencing operatives to load / unload as necessary
- Carry out deliveries / collection of materials
- Use company vehicles and other equipment as directed and if qualified to do so
- Other duties as may from time to time as requested by the business, such as assisting in the upkeep and housekeeping of the yard
Qualifications
- Full driver's licence
- Practical experience working in general building / fencing / carpentry
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and demonstrable ability and product knowledge
- Good communication skills
