Summary

Receptionist / Administrator required for Morson Grangemouth office.

We have a new role available to work within our busy team in Grangemouth.

Duties will include
* Answering calls and assisting callers or directing calls this can be a wide range of queries from both our contractors and clients
* Greeting visitors and preparing meeting rooms
* Providing support to a busy recruitment office general office duties assisting with administration support

Candidates should have:
Excellent interpersonal skills in particular be a strong communicator
Previous reception or office admin experience - although we would also consider those in early stages of their careers
Good Ms office skills - in particular Word & Excel
