Mae’r Venue yn cynnwys awditoriwm 1500 sedd, Arena sydd â lle i 2500 o bobl sefyll ynghyd â chyfleusterau Cynadledda ac Arddangos mawreddog. Rydym yn recriwtio ar gyfer Goruchwyliwr Blaen Tŷ i helpu i ddarparu profiadau anhygoel i’n cynulleidfaoedd a sicrhau bod popeth yn mynd yn llyfn ar nosweithiau sioe.

Fel Goruchwyliwr Blaen Tŷ Achlysurol, byddwch yn helpu i arwain ac ysgogi ein tîm o staff a stiwardiaid gwirfoddol, gan sicrhau bod pob ymwelydd yn mwynhau profiad diogel, croesawgar a chofiadwy. Byddwch yn gyswllt allweddol ar ddiwrnodau perfformiad, gan ymdrin ag ymholiadau gan y gynulleidfa, rheoli gwiriadau diogelwch a chadw popeth i fynd yn llyfn.

Venue Cymru is the region’s busiest Entertainment and Conference Centre. The venue comprises of a 1500 seat auditorium, an Arena that can accommodate 2500 standing combined with prestigious Conference and Exhibition facilities. We are now recruiting for Casual Front of House Supervisors to help deliver amazing experiences for our audiences and keep everything running smoothly on show nights.

As a Casual Front of House Supervisor, you will help lead and motivate our team of staff and volunteer stewards, ensuring every visitor enjoys a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience. You will be a key contact on performance days, handling audience queries, managing safety checks, and keeping operations running seamlessly.

We require a confident, friendly and great communicator with experience in customer service or events. An individual who can stay calm under pressure, and ensure that the audience walk away feeling valued and eager to return.

You will receive enhanced rates of pay for evening, bank holiday and weekend work.

The hours of work will require evening, weekend and bank holiday working.
