Summary
The post holder will be a member of the Facilities Transport Team and support wider services within Facilities such as Portering and Patient Environment. They will be responsible for carrying out any duties commensurate with the grade of post. The role includes the effective management of the Transport services across Leeds Teaching Hospital sites. This entails the management of Supervisors and staff and ensuring that all Trust polices and procedures are adhered to. The successful candidate will be asked to implement innovative ways to improve the service and support the Trust's 7 commitments. The role requires flexibility in approach to the duties required and the hours worked. The post holder will be expected to have a successful track record in managing a large team in a healthcare environment and have a sound knowledge of Microsoft systems.
