As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a vital role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for both our customers and colleagues.
ISS is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team within a high-profile government building in Canary Wharf, London E14. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an account-winning team and play an active role in its successful mobilisation.
Please note, due to the nature of the site, all applicants must undergo security clearance.
The Role
Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities to meet the financial and operational targets
Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them
Generate cleaning schedules for your team
Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming etc.
Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
About You
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
The ability to work on own initiative
Strong leadership skills
Relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
