The Role

Roehampton Venues is recruiting to the role of Senior Events Coordinator to join our dedicated and agile events team and provide support in orchestrating and planning successful events that exceed client expectations.

This fixed term role is ideal for someone who is a passionate and strategic operational leader. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end event planning process across our two properties in the stunning grounds of Roehampton University for a range of events, residential stays and weddings.

Key responsibilities will include meticulous event planning, budget management, and seamless execution while ensuring customer satisfaction, liaising with clients and internal departments, coordinating services, managing facilities, and overseeing event details

The successful candidate will have skills and experience in event coordination, team leadership and budget management.
