- Deputising for the Food & Beverage Manager when required

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands with a flexible attitude and approach
- Comfortable working under pressure during busy periods, without sacrificing accuracy or customer service levels

Beneficial to your application:

- Experience supervising a small team
- Experience of stock control and ordering
- Relevant NVQ qualification relating to food/catering

As this role requires the sale of alcohol, all applicants MUST be at least 18 years old

Flexibility to work shifts to cover our operating hours, which can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

You must have a valid full UK driving licence with access to your own car/vehicle (and willing to include business cover on your insurance) due to the need to assist with moving stock and equipment as may be required

Hours: 37 hours per week with flexibility required around your working pattern, to align with programmes and events

Salary: Starting at £26,364 per annum

Benefits: 33 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holiday entitlement), free Newport Live membership, generous pension scheme, free on-site parking, cafe discount, uniform provided, cycle-to-work scheme and wellbeing programmes
