Role length: Anticipated 6 months – potential to extend
Working arrangements: Mainly remote but candidates need to be able to travel to the office as the project work requires
The role:
We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic and experienced Business Analyst, with a range of analysis skills, to support the Adult Social Care (ASC) transformation and improvement programme. The ASC Transformation Programme seeks to deliver outcomes around Community, Prevention and Digitalisation within the Bristol area.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with the Programme Management and subject matter experts from the service areas concerned to achieve the programmes goals
Identify and undertake all necessary business analysis tasks including gaining a solid understanding of current processes and pain points, developing ‘to be’ processes, user needs analysis and requirements elicitation
Document and communicate findings and ideas to the project team, service, and other stakeholders
Analysis of data and report development
Shaping and evaluating options as part of business case development
What the client is looking for:
An experienced business analyst with a range of analysis skills
Experience of working on Adult Social Care projects
High level of facilitation and communication skills
Process design & redesign experience
Experience in requirements elicitation and development
Experience of developing new and existing processes, ideally in a local authority context
Ability to identify and support benefits tracking
Possess the drive to proactively and continuously problem solve and work creatively
