The Role:
Our client is seeking a Neighbourhood Manager for temporary cover in Walthamstow. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing housing compliance, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of residents. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, handle housing issues, and promote community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to meet customer needs
Ensure properties are safe and tenancy agreements are upheld
Provide face-to-face service, resolving issues promptly
Support vulnerable customers and handle safeguarding concerns
Attend meetings, prepare legal documents, and work with external agencies
What the Client is Looking For:
Proven customer service experience in housing or related sectors
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of UK Housing Law and housing management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility for agile working and occasional out-of-hours duties
