Summary
Title: Case Manager Oldham Youth Justice Service
Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: £33,459.12 per annum
Reporting: Operational Manager
Contract: Temporary 12 months from start of employment
Reference: PS/CM/08
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for holding a caseload of children and families open to the Youth Justice Service. You will conduct holistic assessments and implement plans to improve outcomes for children and families, as well as preparing Pre Sentence Reports for Court, in line with legislation, guidance, quality standards and best practice. Maintaining strong relationships with relevant partners will be key to this work.
