Summary

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Family Support Hub.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in permanent contract/s.

About the team

This team works to safeguard children and young people when going through CIN, CP and CLA proceedings. Promoting high quality assessments and interventions to bring about positive change is key to the day to day responsibilities of the team. Working proactively, with a child-centred approach to each case is vital to ensure successful case progression.

About you

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a children's frontline safeguarding Social Work team. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years' post qualification experience is essential for this role (a completed ASYE is counted as one completed year). A valid UK driving licence and car is essential for this role.
