Summary

We are looking for a confident Senior Mental Health Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cygent Raglan House.

You’ll be working 42 hours a week (Days and Nights), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Raglan House.

The Service:

Cygnet Raglan House is a 25 bed high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for women. The service is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy and dignity. Women admitted to the service often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

Your Role as a Senior Mental Health Support Worker:

  • Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe & clean environment for all
