About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join a dedicated team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled deputy or team leader to step into a leadership role, supporting a young man with learning disabilities and complex needs to live his best life.

As Assistant Service Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire a team of Specialist Support Workers.

Promote independence and deliver person-centred outcomes.

Act as a positive role model, supporting daily routines, activities, and personal goals.

Champion a culture of respect, inclusion, and empowerment.

What We’re Looking For
A recognised qualification in Health & Social Care (NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent).

Previous experience in supporting people with complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication, patience, resilience, and a genuinely caring approach.
