As Assistant Service Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of Specialist Support Workers.
Promote independence and deliver person-centred outcomes.
Act as a positive role model, supporting daily routines, activities, and personal goals.
Champion a culture of respect, inclusion, and empowerment.

What We’re Looking For
A recognised qualification in Health & Social Care (NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent).

Excellent communication, patience, resilience, and a genuinely caring approach.
