Brook Street Social Care are recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential service just outside Abergavenny, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. What we will need from you:
- Level 4 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or Level 3 with commitment to complete Level 4)
- Experience in senior or management roles in care settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A values-driven mindset - integrity, kindness, and respect at the core of all you do
About the role:
- Lead and mentor a passionate care team
- Support with recruitment, rotas, training, and service development
- Take a hands-on approach to care delivery and service improvement
- Deputise for the Registered Manager and join the on-call rota
