Asset Officer needed in Harrow Paying £19.77 per hr ref 013160

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Manage tree stock, including condition assessments and planning remedial works.
Provide expert arboricultural advice to internal teams and clients.
Lead the implementation of tree strategies and contribute to policy development.
Organise regular tree surveys and update the arboriculture asset database.
Inspect and report on subsidence or structural damage caused by trees, with written technical recommendations.
Ensure arboriculture software systems are operational and data is current, recommending improvements where appropriate.
Conduct risk assessments and advise contractors on mitigation strategies.
Respond to reports of dangerous trees and coordinate appropriate action.
Collaborate with contracts and operations teams to plan proactive and reactive maintenance schedules.
