Summary
Act as the key link between clinical services and digital teams, ensuring solutions meet user needs. Lead service-scoping and discovery work, championing adoption of digital tools and ways of working. Manage end-to-end digital projects, using recognised project management approaches to deliver on time and within scope. Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, translating technical information into clear, accessible messages. Build strong working relationships across services and with external partners. Support the prioritisation of development tasks and alignment with wider digital programme plans. Evaluate the success of digital initiatives, embedding sustainable processes and sharing learning. Develop implementation plans, roadmaps, reporting and benefits tracking. Ensure compliance with NHS and organisational standards on information governance, cyber security and digital accessibility. Work collaboratively with service users, membership teams and co-production groups to ensure digital solutions reflect lived experience and feedback. Produce project documentation, progress reports and benefits realisation summaries. Contribute to continuous service improvement through engagement activities, research and evaluation. Deputise for senior digital leaders as required and provide supervision or support to colleagues.
