Summary
Proven leadership skills, with experience leading professional, clinical, and non-clinical teams. Experience managing KPIs, writing complex reports, and analysing data for diverse audiences. Demonstrated financial and budget management expertise. Relevant management qualification or equivalent experience. Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills. CQC Registered Manager status. Ability to motivate teams and support cross-team collaboration. Proven ability to identify process gaps and deliver solutions. The successful applicant must hold a current UK driving license and have access to a car on a daily basis for transportation to clinic bases, meetings, events both locally and nationally. We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead the Oldham, Bury, and Rochdale Sexual Health Hub, ensuring the delivery of accessible, confidential, and high-quality services that address the diverse needs of the community.
