Summary
The Disabled Children and Therapy Team is a community based service made up of OTs, Social Workers, Disabled Children's Family Workers, Portage workers and Supporting Change in Partnership (SCIP) workers. They all assess children at home, in school and in their short break settings. The OTs will make recommendations for equipment and adaptations in these settings that allow them to achieve their full potential in independence and daily living skills. This is a part time post working 26.25 hours per week. There is some flexibility on these hours but to ensure there is team lead cover throughout the week we are preferably looking for someone to work the end of the week.
