Summary
Assisting the Head Chef to prepare and cook fresh food, including starters, main courses, desserts, soups & sauces. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, as regards the cleanliness of the kitchen, and following correct food storage procedures. Have input into menu planning and creating new dishes. Be part of a young, committed and enthusiastic team. Work in a privately run country inn, which specialises in functions.
