Summary
Service and Support Engineer
£28,000 - £30,000 + Training and Development Oppourtunities
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday (flexible start/finish times) - UK travel required

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service and Support Engineer to join a specialist engineering company based in Moreton in Marsh.
This varied role will see you working on-site across the UK, supporting customers with service, commissioning, and installation of sustainable technologies. It's a hands-on position that offers full training, technical variety, and genuine long-term career prospects.
Role & Responsibilities:-
Service, fault find and commission MVHR, heat pumps and central vacuum systems

Provide technical support to clients on-site, by phone and by email

Carry out site surveys, installations and attend project meetings

Complete accurate documentation after each visit

Travel nationwide to support customer projects

Background in mechanical, electrical or plumbing (refrigeration experience a bonus)

Previous field service or customer-facing experience desirable

Problem-solving mindset with a flexible, hands-on approach

Full UK driving licence (over 25 for insurance purposes)
