What You’ll Be Doing
Think of yourself as the engine behind our tech projects. From the first spark of an idea to the final delivery, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. Here’s a flavour of what your days will look like:
- Leading projects end-to-end—from scoping and planning through execution and closure
- Partnering with senior stakeholders, clients, and brilliant tech colleagues to keep momentum alive
- Building clear, smart project plans that help us smash deadlines and exceed expectations
- Making sure every milestone is not just achieved—but celebrated ??
- Playing a pivotal role in shaping a project function that’s still growing and evolving (your impact here will be huge!)

The Skills & Talents We’re Looking For
We don’t expect you to tick every single box—but here’s what will make you shine in this role:
- 3+ years’ experience in Project Management (bonus points for tech projects!)
- A sharp problem-solver with creative, practical solutions
- Adaptability—because we know projects rarely stick to the script
- Familiarity with AGILE (helpful, but not essential)
- Exposure to product development and mobile app release cycles
- Confident decision-making, both solo and in a team
- Proficiency in Office 365, DevOps, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication—written, spoken, and everything in between
- Comfortable working on-site when needed
- A degree (or equivalent experience—we know skills come in many forms)
