Summary
The post holder will Undertake Holistic Needs Assessments to ensure patients are fully engaged in their care and are able to take greater control of their management. Provide clinical leadership organising, evaluating and adapting care for patients according to their needs. Be fully accountable and work autonomously in managing complex and in some cases unpredictable care pathways. Work collaboratively across professional and organisational boundaries in the best interests of the patient. Strive to improve quality and develop self and others. Ensure own clinical knowledge, awareness and expertise in relation to Dermatology conditions and continually updated and reflective of leading edge specialist practice.
