Summary
A large innovative training practice serving a population of just over 20,000 patients. We work with a total triage system and are continually reviewing and developing our ways of working to best suit our population and staff. We are developing our acute service and see a strong Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) team as integral to this. As part of our duty team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, timely care for patients with acute and same-day presentations. Key Responsibilities Independently assess, diagnose, and manage acute/same-day presentations Work as part of the duty team, supporting urgent patient needs Prescribe medications where required Contribute to the development of our acute service Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to enhance patient care A full job description is available on request.
