Summary
Kühne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG
Oversee customer onboarding into platforms such as SharePoint, JSM, CargoWise, and myKN, ensuring accurate data flow and system readiness. Influence and guide teams across sales, operations, systems, and customer service to achieve project goals. Drive adoption of new systems and processes while serving as the primary liaison for clear, proactive stakeholder communication. Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through successful implementations that reduce costs and strengthen long-term client relationships
How you create impact
- Manage the full lifecycle of customs implementation projects across Control Tower and Brokerage teams, ensuring timely, high-quality execution.
- Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping to identify efficiencies and implement optimized workflows.
- Align internal teams, clients, and external partners to meet implementation requirements and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Oversee customer onboarding into platforms such as SharePoint, JSM, CargoWise, and myKN, ensuring accurate data flow and system readiness.
- Influence and guide teams across sales, operations, systems, and customer service to achieve project goals.
- Drive adoption of new systems and processes while serving as the primary liaison for clear, proactive stakeholder communication.
- Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through successful implementations that reduce costs and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Maintain adherence to global and local customs regulations, mitigating risk and safeguarding operational integrity.
What we would like you to bring
- Proven experience with implementation methodologies (GCIM preferred; PRINCE2 or Agile also valued)
- Background in logistics or supply chain operations preferred
- Understanding of customs brokerage processes is preferred
- Strong escalation management and issue resolution capabilities
- Confident in customer-facing roles across all organizational levels
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Familiarity with CargoWise and JSM systems is a plus
