The Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant:

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, adapting to different age groups and learning levels. Your responsibilities will include working 1:1 with pupils, leading small intervention groups, and supporting the teacher with whole-class activities. You will play a vital role in helping children develop key literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

This Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role is ideal for graduates considering a PGCE, School Direct, or other teacher training routes, as it offers direct experience in a supportive school environment.
