Normanton
Location: Ideally within a 30-minute commute of Normanton
Pay: £12.21 per hour + enhanced overtime rates (time & ⅓ and time & ½)
The Role
Rapier Employment is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy operation in Normanton. You will be responsible for physically and systematically moving stock, using handheld terminals, completing paperwork accurately, operating IT systems, working effectively within a team, maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, and carrying out heavy lifting in line with Health & Safety standards.
Shift Details
Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00. Immediate starts available following on-site induction.
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse experience (preferred), ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching, etc.) safely, accurate counting and basic numeracy skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and experience with MHE (advantageous but not essential).
