Summary
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. Implement and maintain effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and product visibility. Manage the store layout, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers. Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner. Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to ensure the availability of products. Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory discrepancies. Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules. Handle cash transactions accurately, including opening and closing tills, and manage cash deposits. Supervise and motivate store staff, providing training and support as needed.
