About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Site Fitter – Operative to join our Contracts Installation Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team working on diverse and bespoke architectural, secondary, and structural steelwork projects. If you have experience in construction or a related trade, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of custom architectural and structural fabrications
- Work under the guidance of the Site Operations Manager and Site Supervisor
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and to specification
Types of Projects You’ll Work On:
- Feature and access staircases
- Gantries and walkways
- Balustrades and handrails
- Structural steelwork
- Bespoke architectural features
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working on-site or in a construction environment
- Strong awareness and commitment to health and safety practices
- Valid CSCS card
- Full, clean UK driver’s licence
- Reliable team player with a proactive attitude
- Punctual, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable to different project needs and locations
