Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports

  
  

• Process invoices and ensure accurate records of financial transactions

  
  

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

  
  

• Support with budgeting and forecasting

  
  

• Assist with payroll processing and other administrative tasks as required

  
  

• Handle supplier queries and maintain strong working relationships

  
  

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in finance or accounting (ideally in a similar role)

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

    
    

  • Good understanding of financial processes and systems (experience with Xero, Sage, or Excel is a bonus!)

    
    

  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the finance field

    
    

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
