We’re looking for aLecturer Practitionerto join our Education team and play a key role in designing, delivering, and implementing innovative curricula across our Trust.



We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated professional who can bring expertise and enthusiasm to this role. You will have:
• Registration as aHealth Care Professional.
• Proven experience incourse design and delivery.
• A background ineducation and curriculum designwith demonstrable results.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A full UK manual driving licence with at least 1 year’s driving experience (up to 3 penalty points for minor offences may be considered).

The successful post holder will:
• Support the design, development, and evolution of engaging educational programmes.
• Collaborate with Lecturer Practitioners (LPs) and colleagues to ensure effective curriculum implementation.
• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across a variety of environments.
• Work closely with Education Managers to plan, manage, and support programmes to successful completion.
• Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of courses, supporting both staff and students.
