Summary
Your roles and responsibilities:
-You design, implement, and maintain Endpoint Manager (Intune) configurations to ensure secure and efficient management of laptops, mobile phones, and other devices.
-You implement and enforce security policies, including compliance with NCSC and Microsoft Security Baseline standards, to ensure all devices are properly hardened against threats.
-You provide 3rd line technical support for device-related issues, resolving complex problems and escalating when necessary to minimise downtime.
-Working closely with IT stakeholders, vendors, and end-users to ensure seamless integration of EUC services and you provide expert advice on best practices.
-You continuously assess and improve EUC processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
-You ensure all EUC services comply with organisational policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
