Conwy County Borough Council Disability team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Disabilities Team to provide support in a person centered way, in a safe, caring and supportive environment.


The successful candidate will
• Support the Team Manager with their operational responsibility for the service. Work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
• Respond to challenges with resilience and professionalism
• Have a strong understanding of current social care legislation.
• Have an awareness of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and their careers.
• Have the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Have a positive, adaptable, and solution-focused attitude.
• Have Excellent team-working and communication skills.
• Be resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Have a Flexibility approach to work.

The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is desirable for the post.
