We’re growing – and we need inspiring Keyworkers who can walk alongside young
people as they discover who they are and what they’re capable of.
What you will do
- Empower young people to grow in independence and confidence
- Create a safe, secure, and nurturing home environment
- Respond with compassion and professionalism to challenges
- Share key information with the wider team to ensure consistent care
What we are looking for:
- A genuine passion for working with young people
- Resilience, patience, and a sense of humour
- Strong communication skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
- Willingness to grow (we'll help you get qualified and even support Ofsted registration)
