Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Assistant Caretaker who will support the Site Officer to provide a comprehensive site management service. You will be enthusiastic, helpful and take pride in the visual order of the school. It is desirable, but not essential, that you have previous experience of caretaking duties and some knowledge of general maintenance. Good communication skills are essential.
Duties include security, cleaning, porterage, maintenance, minor repairs, and monitoring the fabric of the building. Although there will be set times of work, on occasions the hours may be unsociable and, the successful candidate will need to be flexible.

(Salary range £25,989 - £26,403 / Actual £14,438 - £14,668 pro rata)
20 hours per week, all year round
