Summary
Adults Social Care Solicitor needed in Stoke on Trent, £60ph PAYE - Reference: 5274928
- To undertake all aspects of Adults social care legal work.
- To personally manage a significant case load, including complex cases, within the specialist area.
- To advise on sensitive and important Adult social care matters.
- To provide legal advice and opinions as required by the client department.
- To undertake advocacy as necessary in all courts, including the Court of Protection.
- To attend panels / Board meetings as specialist legal advisor or clerk, pursuant to the exercise of the local authorities functions within the specialist area.
- To provide training to the client department on all aspects of the law relating to Adult Social Care work.
- To demonstrate a willingness to assist in other areas of work covered by the People Legal Team
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
