Full time hours on a temporary basis
We’re seeking a skilled Property Surveyor to manage a diverse commercial property portfolio. Responsibilities include negotiating leases, licences, and disposals; conducting valuations and inspections; preparing reports and plans; and maintaining accurate property records. You’ll also support advertising available properties, manage service charges, and assist with budget monitoring. Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills are essential.
